ran 2.4km, did bridges, ball skills and short distance runnings.
my whole body's achinggggg like gooossshhh ! especially my tummyyyy !
&it's cause of my trainingggg.
ooooooooh man. its darn, super tiring can.
but now im very okay already ; no pains or whatsoever! :D
BUT the worst thing isssssssss theres training tomorrow!
